Relaxation Tips  
 

Sarah and Clare have put together five simple relaxation steps that you can take with you wherever you are, at home in the kitchen, in the bath, on a train, at work, try them out and see how you feel:
Step 1: Take a number of deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Step 2: Close your eyes and listen to yourself, think of only the positives in your life.
Step 3: Realise your good intentions and that those around have the same intentions.
Step 4: Trust yourself and all that you do, feel peaceful & calm.
Step 5: Repeat to yourself you are a good person, and life is what you make it.
